About Us
Central Coast Basket Brigade was started in 2018 as a local nonprofit to help feed families locally here on Central Coast. Each year we work with local nonprofits like The Salvation Army, Good Samaritan Shelter, and Pathway Family services to identify families on the Central Coast that can benefit from these baskets.
We create food baskets and personally deliver them to the families. Thanksgiving dinners are delivered to families residing in Santa Maria, Guadalupe, Nipomo, Grover Beach, Oceano, Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, and other cities in SLO & Santa Barbara Counties.

Volunteers Needed!
It takes a LOT of people to assemble and deliver all of these meals. Youth groups, Scouts, Sports Teams, and other groups are always welcome.
We need volunteers for:
- Pre-Event Assistants (3 weeks prior to event day/ max – 3hrs a week)
- Event day for Assembly
- Event day for Delivery
We will be assembling the baskets @ Subway in Orcutt:

Time: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Delivery: Sunday 23rd, 12:00 PM onward
